ViralEngine Pro provides AI-powered video optimization tools, analytics, and growth recommendations for content creators. Features include virality scoring, title and description optimization, thumbnail generation, A/B testing, and affiliate product matching. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

ViralEngine Pro offers one time lifetime access plans starting at $37. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All purchases are one time fees with no recurring charges unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy below. We also offer a free plan which requires double opt in email confirmation before access is granted.

We offer a money back guarantee if your first optimized video does not outperform your previous average within 30 days. Contact support@viralenginepro.com to request a refund.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.

All content, software, and technology provided through ViralEngine Pro are the property of ViralEngine Pro or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your videos, titles, or other original creative work.

ViralEngine Pro uses YouTube API Services. By using our service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at youtube.com/t/terms and the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. ViralEngine Pro does not guarantee specific results, view counts, or revenue from using the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralEngine Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
